Description: "It is imperative, in my estimation, that the Reformed community reflect fruitfully upon the Vos-Ridderbos-Gaffin interpretation of St. Paul, for a restatement of Reformed theological formulations. Believing theirs to be the correct interpretation of Paul's thought, I deal in this work with the theological discipline of apologetics in terms of Paul's eschatological two-age construction. My purpose is to demonstrate that St. Paul uses the two-age construction as the starting point of a Christian apologetic....Our apologetic task is to defend the meaning of the age to come against the meaning of the present evil age."
--From the Preface
