I include this because it should help give you some idea how the best attempts of non-Calvinists are mostly an appeal to unaided human logic rather than a direct appeal to the ultimate presupposition of the Scriptures. As a rebuttal I recommend you read John Frame's The Doctrine of God to expose Arminian fallacies and his The Doctrine of the Knowledge of God for epistemology and clear thinking... it will raise you above the fog and expose the rampant fallacies in this book with the bible as our standard.
